NDA on the first call; scoped permissions, audit logs, and change control by default. I can work under your DPA and coordinate with Security/Compliance.
How do you handle legal/compliance for Web3?
I run legal-first. I coordinate closely with your licensed counsel; I am not a legal or financial advisor.
What is the difference between AI Innovation and Web3 Innovation here?
AI Innovation focuses on intelligent operations, knowledge ops, SLA/exception handling. Web3 Innovation focuses on tokenized utility with counsel-ready governance from day one.
How are fees structured?
Simple proposal and retainer structure based on scope and cadence (fractional leadership or advisory). Third-party costs (audits, infra, legal, marketing ops) are separate.
Can we start with advisory only?
Yes. Executive Advisory is a weekly 90-minute advisory session plus async support to keep decisions, vendors, and change under control.
Do you work with existing teams and partners?
Yes. I am an embedded leader. I align stakeholders, define acceptance criteria, and govern delivery with your teams or approved partners.
What industries do you work with?
Any operations-heavy or customer-intensive environment (SaaS, services, retail/commerce, marketplaces, regulated ops). For Web3, I focus on non-crypto firms adding tokenized utility.
Availability?
